JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, non-exempt
REPORTS TO: General Manager
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for carrying out all customer service activities and handles any and all inbound and outbound orders in a manner which adheres to company procedure.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for carrying out all customer service activities and handles any and all inbound and outbound orders in a manner which adheres to company procedure.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and safely lift, turn, position and transfer product accordingly
- Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Must have a satisfactory background check
- Must comply with OSHA and SDS Standards
- Must have the flexibility to work any shift required by customer and business needs
- 1-2 years customer service experience, preferred
- 1-2 years warehouse experience, preferred
- Must possess the appropriate computer experience (i.e. Microsoft Office, SAP, WMS)
- Ability to multitask and work in an organized manner
- Processes and inputs all customer orders including inbound and outbound orders
- Generates all paperwork and applicable information for customer work orders
- Keeps customers inventory current and accurate
- Coordinates special, last minute shipping requests
- Traces orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerns
- Sends completed bills of lading to customers within 24 hours of receipt or shipment
- Maintains damage reports and communicates to the customers as needed
- Responsible for timely customer daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly billing
- Maintains a good working relationship with internal and external customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments and inventory counts
- Act in a manner that promotes teamwork by assisting the clerical department when needed
- Other duties as assigned
